ARC-VIEW BIRTHS NEW HOME OWNERSHIP SCHEME IN IKORODU

The biggest developer of affordable homes in Nigeria, Arc-View Investment Limited has officially unveiled a new home ownership scheme in Ikorodu.

Over the next 12months more than 200units of uniquely designed 4Bedroom Dupelxes will be built and delivered to intending subscribers and homeowners in Treasure Island Estate, Igbogbo-Ikorodu. According to the CEO, Mr. Segun Oshundairo, the project is another testament to the fact that Arc-View Investment Limited is fully committed to maintaining its status as the biggest developer of affordable homes in Nigeria. “Each of the 4Bedroom Fully Detached Duplex will sell for N40million. These are fully functional homes and they will all be delivered as pre-finished”, he said.

Plots are also available for sale in the estate. A full plot is currently offered for N10million, while half plot sells for N5million. The estate has direct access to the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Road, so commercial plots for business developments are available for N20million per plot.

The title on the estate is clean. It is a C of O. The estate when completed is expected to be one of the biggest fully functional estates in Ikorodu. Infrastructure will be top-notch. Road networks, drainage channels, street lights, green areas and other facilities will be delivered to meet the highest standards.

The prospect for high returns on investment is assured. The projection is a capital appreciation of 35% per annum. The proposed 4th Mainland Bridge which has one of its landing points on the mainland close to the estate is projected by real estate pundits as a major selling point. The assumption is that prices in this part of Ikorodu will soon begin to compete with that of the Island when the bridge is completed.
